So disappointed with this company and they way to tell me that there is not anything they can do to help me other then give me 25% off a New Ionic, but that is not what i wanted since i have not had for even a year yet. Time to go and get the Samsung watch.

Why do you want to reset it to factory? I think more is wrong then you are letting us know. If we dont Know we cant help
Many others wont let you do that so I suggest you do some research first. Samsung being one of them

Because it was linking with my phone and now it has a black screen and will not turn on are you able to help me with this issue
