Ionic will not pair with iPhone 6 and laptop.

So I was able to setup my ionic and pair it to my phone. I then connected the ionic to my Samsung laptop and was successful in migrating music. My ionic sync with my laptop but now it no longer pairs to my phone. Bluetooth doesn’t recognize the device. Question is how to fix so both Bluetooth and WiFi connections work?

Try after stopping blutooth on laptop or shut it down.

Thanks, that works. However this morning the weather app is not syncing... everything else works. Ugh!

Does WiFi connection work only at home network where i initially set up my device?  My messages and weather apps no longer work so thinking this must be the issue.  How do disconnect WiFi so ionic syncs only through Bluetooth?

@Tom.han63, you can use the Fitbit app Device Settings for WiFi to add/save additional networks, then when you are in range of a saved network it will connect to it.

Not necessarily. I am at work with no WIFI, but I have a 4GLTE connection and my weather app updates whenever I sync with my phone.

So how do I set the ionic to only pair via Bluetooth?

Just a quick update on the weather app...after traveling across the country the app never did show the current location. The two locations I manually entered updated regularly.  The current location feature needs work.

Strange. When I am at work, it shows the city I am in. When at home it shows that city. Updates without me changing a thing.

Nope. I have a widget, but it's The Weather Channel.

I do have Location settings on and set to High Accuracy. Also, I can see Fitibit is listed as requesting location, so I know it's looking to see where I am.

Does the Fitbit app have a location setting? I don’t see it.

Thanks,
