Ionic will not track any data and battery dies

I recently updated my ionic, since then it has quit tracking my data. It doesn’t track my steps, heart rate, sleep etc. It now also turns itself on constantly even though I have it set on manual wake. Additionally the battery now is draining super fast, I had a full charge and in the matter of 6 hours of sitting on the nightstand it has drained 10%. Has anyone else had these issues? Or know how to fix them?
