I can no longer get texts and I have followed all advice given. Have restarted several times etc. After looking for more info found where to shut down if the reset didn’t work and it was supposed to restart with the back button. The device will not start at all. Please help

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. Note the restart requires the use of the back button PLUS the bottom right button.

Thank you that worked but still no text notifications. I get all other notifications except text.

ive pushed and pushed and pushed and my ionic will not come back on

It took a while before mine came back on. I charged it up all the way and did the restart with both buttons and then it worked. Finally I am getting all notifications also.
