Ionic will not turn on or connect

During a firmware update of my ionic, my phone got disconnected because I walked away and had forgotten it was updating. My ionic will not turn on anymore and will not connect to my phone!

please help!!! I’m desperate and would like to have a functional watch! 😫

I’ve had the same problem , nothing won’t come on or charge ?

Tried 3 button reboot nothing !

Yes, nothing comes on! I was really looking forward to using my New Ionic.

There appear to be several threads going on right now.  It seems a lot of people's Ionic devices have quit over this past weekend.
