Ionic will transfer some playlists but not all

Hi, just got my brand new Fitbit Ionic and so far love it. Went to go transfer some music (currently there is no music installed on the Fitbit) and it won't let me transfer a playlist I just made. But it will let me transfer other playlists I've made in the past (one of which has more songs than the playlist I'm not able to transfer)

@KarenB123 Welcome to the Fitbit family! What type of files are you trying to transfer? You can transfer:

  • MP3 files
  • MP4 files with AAC audio
  • WMA files (PC only)

Make sure the songs doesn't have any kind of copyright protection or they will not transfer. Also, you can’t transfer songs you downloaded through paid streaming services such as Apple Music and Microsoft Groove.  Check this article for more details on this.

Also, if your playlists are valid, I'd like you to try these troubleshooting steps about playlists not transferring. I'm sure you will find that helpful to get back on track with the music.

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
