Ionic with s8 samsung syncs but then no screen display

I have synced ionic but then the ionic display then wont display anything. Remains blank

@Thehickster Welcome to the Fitbit family! I'm very glad to hear you were able to sync your Ionic with your Samsung S8.

 

If the screen is blank the best thing to do is to perform a restart on it. This has helped other users in the past. 

 

If this doesn't work, you can try changing the clock face to a different one. This could also help with this.
