I don#t know what kind of update you guys rolled out, but two days ago my fitbit ionci stopped showing ANY tracking data on the watches display. tried everything to get it to work again, to no avail...
So, this morning I made a factory reset. Though, hey that would be easy to set up the ionic with the app again... LOL, what a fool I was...
The Andoid App cannot find the watch, the watch is plugged in my PC, charged, blootooth is working.
Try again, try again, try again, try again... This is a **ahem**ing joke...
Any suggestions how to get my freaking watch to work again?
