Ionic won't charge. Won't restart, nothing

So, my Ionic went down to zero and I plugged it in and it won't charge or show anything at all. Tried to reset..nothing. Screen shows nothing, holding down back and bottom buttons does nothing.

Dead, DEAD, DEAD!

Help please!

Mine is the same...except I fully charged it, and it was down to 8% 30 minutes later...charged it again, and looked at it a few hours later and it's not working...NADA...

Mine is doing the same thing. It died lastnight and now it wont charge. I've had it on the charger for hours and it still says zero battery. I even cleaned the charging ports .... frustrated

I went to support and they said there was nothing they could do but give me
a discount on a new one...grrrrrrr
