Yesterday my ionic drained to 0% and now it won’t charge.
I’ve cleaned the contacts on watch and charger. I’ve checked the wall outlet has power and works with other cables. I’ve tried to hold down the buttons for a reset but nothing works!
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Mick

Hi @Eaglemick Please try restarting your Ionic while connected to the charger. You may need to do this a couple of time, but with any luck it will fix the issue. I had this happen once and it worked for me. Fingers crossed.

There could've been a power surge on your watch. I would try another charging cable first or you can try contacting support for a warranty replacement.

Exactly the same issue as mine, tried different cables sockets laptop etc whilst trying to reset.
Really fed up with Fitbit, had the same on my charge HR , you shouldn't need a replacement every time the battery drains.

Sounds like an official problem with this product! will be posting on facebook shortly! This past Monday my Ionic flashed 0 % battery... Plugged in after cleaning all connections.. Computer, Apples unit etc with no luck. Now the 0% is gone and the unit is completely dead?? Will not reboot, reset, restart etc. This is my second issue with my second fitbit unit. My surge completely filled with moisture and I do not swim, but now my Ionic is dead?? thinking they stole this Idea from apple.. Frustrate the hell out of you so you spend more money or just plain move on to something else. Fool me once, fool me twice you get the picture!
