Ionic won't charge after running out of battery

While recording a hike today, why Ionic ran out of battery. Now, it won't charge. It's not the cable, it charges perfectly fine. And it did a few days ago.

What to do?

The same here.

I was taking a bath, Ionic removed from my wrist and resting near bathtube.

After a looong bath, Ionic won't start. Screen is dark.

Maybe it's battery's empty? But it was nearly 70% a few hours ago ....

Anyway, I connected it to a charging cable, USB-to-laptop, and just after 2 hours it showed "charging" .... 😮

After a while, it displayed 99% charging  - ok, better to wait until 100%, isn't it?

But it was never 100% but Ionic unexpedly went dark. No reaction to buttons.  And extremely hot.

After closer inspection, it's ... wet!    it has water inside!!!! OMG! there must be short-circuit inside that's draining a battery, and making all-that-funny-stuff .....

Don't know what to do now, as a "wateproof" watch has water inside (visible water dots through sensors) and there's no way to open it and dry.

Any ideas?

Mine was fixed by resetting. Holding all 3 buttons for a while, and letting
go.
