Ionic won't charge and shows Fitbit logo

My Ionic won't charge, showing connection,  flashing battery indicator as if charging. after several restarts, I did the three buttons to reset all .  No success.  … bright fitbit logo flashing constantly.

Still not charging. Did according advice     now tally dead. Did live chat, did as suggested. Still no good.  Not Happy with Google,    NOT HAPPY. !!  NOW MY BED TIME. Please leave me something positive..

By ( my ) morning,  I hate Google enough as it is.. shall leave my   Ionic connected to fitbit. Scharger

Thank for calling back and mentioning my previous issue with my "replaced"
Ionic. If .. it is now seems to Fitbit that it may be the cable, please
tell, I shall follow this up in shop as that was NOT replaced for I did
not have it on me.

All I got is to read a list with what to do,  done it again and again. No result.  what I have now is;  when plugging in a flashing blue fitbit logo, when it connects (Bluetooth) with my Samsung FE20 android I see a flashing battery as if charging and a constant bright white fitbit logo with enough light to see where I am in the dark room,  so power would be getting to my Ionic right? on my Bluetooth connected android I am told that and update is  available and a firmware ready for install. but the battery is zero after hours with the bright light. etc. etc.  

please connect me with someone that write me a fix. So I can learn what I did wrong or not. and how to get my Ionic back to life I hate to think that after about 6 months use my Au $ 300 Ionic has been updated to end of life because it is an old model Fitbit unit.

Please reply as if you are a real person.

Hi @SunsetRunner  the responses you get on these forums are from real people. As the moderator Silvia posted above, you'll need to get back with customer support, since they were already assisting you. Customer support can "see" more on their end, including your battery and how it's been charging. Get with them and let them guide you.
