hi last year in june I bought a Fitbit iconic from argos, and unfortunately it stopped working today. the condition of the watch is perfect and I do not know what could have been the reason. Unfortunately, I do not know what I should do in this case, would you give me some advice? Thanks

@ANULKA Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel since your Fitbit Ionic is not working properly. Please provide more details about the issue that your Fitbit device is experiencing.
- Did the screen stopped turning on?
- Did it stop charging?
- Did it stop syncing?
See you later.

Hi, it will probably be better to try and get it working again. There are often simple remedies unless it's categorically dead.
As it's under warranty for 2 years you can take it back for replacement at Argos but as it's not made anymore you may not get another. Then you may have to buy a new model of watch, or they may get you someone's refurbished one.

Hi, if it's not charging, then the battery will be flat, and you can't turn it on.
Try using a computer port to charge it. Note if the computer detects a device when you plug it in.
Is it possible the contacs are dirty?
