Ionic won’t charge or turn on.

Hi all. I’ve been away for the weekend and my ionic does on the first day.

Its been unused for 3 days. I came home today and put it straight on charge. It’s been on charge for 4 hours and it’s still completely dead. I’ve tried cleaning the ports, I’ve tried holding down the bottom right and left button whilst it’s on charge and still nothing.

Any advice? Thank you.

  • Thank you. I’ve left my Fitbit on charge all day whilst I’ve been at work. It’s had nearly a full 24 hours of charge and still nothing. The screen is completely dead and no green light on the back. I’ve tried cleaning the ports, and held  the back and bottom button and still no power.
