My Ionic started acting up not long ago, like holding the charge for shorter times and taking longer to reach full charge. The other day it wouldn’t turn on or charge at all. I have cleaned both the charging area on the back as well as the charger with cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol. After that I tried multiple USB ports as well as multiple charging cables. Nothing. There is a little moisture in the sensors on the back as well. What can be done after the trouble shooting I have tried? Thanks!
