Ionic won’t charge or turn on

I cleaned the sensors of the charging cable and the ionic. Pressing the buttons doesn’t do anything. I’m not sure wheee to go from there.

Try to startup again while the charging cable isnt connected.. that was working for me after the same issue:)

I tried both plugged in and not plugged in. I am still getting s blank screen.

I’m having this exact issue with mine this morning. I bought it in Dec 17, are they designed to die this soon?!

I am having the exact issue right now. I haven’t used for nearly a year and I am trying to charge it and turn it on!
