Plugged in my Fitbit when it was at 0% . It’s checked on it a few hours later and it was still dead even after trying to turn it on. Left it to charge another day and it still won’t go on.

I did a thorough cleaning of the charger and where it connects to the Fitbit. Success! It’s in and working ! Thank you for the prompt response

Plugged it into what type of supply @Annabiss?

How long has the ionic been so zero?

Have you tried cleaning the charging contacts with isopropyl alcohol?

Do you see any damage in the contacts?
