As the title suggests, my watch renders useless. Multiple cleaning methods, multiple chargers, etc...
My watch wont turn on. Wont charge.
I talked with a customer support rep and his solution was to buy another one...?
As anyone had any luck figuring out this faulty product?

Mine too, ridiculous these watches cost to much for customer service to say buy a new one. I think it had to do with updates.

Same here my screen had white lines and seemed to be fading so I tried to charge it. Later when I came back the screen was completely dead and won't turn on but I still get vibrations from notifications and my alarms still ring and it's so annoying because I can't even turn off my alarm

Hello,
I had the same problem this summer when I went on vacations without my fitbit.
The watch lost his battery and stay off for 15 days.
When I return the fitbit not charge neither turn on.
I put my ionic on charge for almost a week (without turn off the charger) and suddently he turn on and its ok since then.
