FitBit Ionic stopped charging completly.

  1. No Screen
  2. No Heartrate light flashing

I have tried

  • Leaving it charge for a prolonged period
  • Cleaning the Ports
  • Attempting Factory reset but nothing happened on the screen
  • Ive only ever used the Fitbit charger
  • Ive never used the device in water

Any Help would be appreciated.

If your Fitbit Ionic isn’t turning on, it may not have been charged correctly. Try charging the smartwatch for a few minutes to see if that helps, then turn it on in the same manner as you usually do. atlas fusd
