My Fitbit Ionic was given to me about 4 months ago. It was used but in good condition. Just a couple days ago, I woke up and it was dead which was weird because there should have been at least 25%. It will not charge at all, turn on, and it doesn't even have the light on the back for my heart rate. I've tried restarting it, factory resetting, and I've charged it in several different outlets with different charging ports and everything but nothing works...

Hi @CharlotteAnne,
Have you checked to see if the contacts on both the charger and the Ionic are clean? This can often cause the charger not to have a secure connection to the tracker. I usually check this first when I have charging issues. On the back of the Ionic, you should see three little gold dots. If they aren't clean, they will look more like a dark yellow. If you take a toothpick and gently scrape the area, they should become brighter, signaling they're clean.
