Ionic won’t charge

My Fitbit isn’t charging no matter what I do. I read other form posts about resetting it which doesn’t work and I’ve tried different plugs, nothing. Last year my ionic randomly burnt up when it was charging and they sent me a new one, I’m not sure if the same thing happened this time
