This is my third ionic. All of which have had this same problem. Stopped working won’t charge or turn on. Have tried everything. Reached out to help chat today with no resolve. Although my device is registered I had to provide my order confirmation number to prove I purchased this device from them. What’s the purpose of registering a device if you have to keep a order confirmation number. Anyway help was not able or wouldn’t help. So disappointed in Fitbit. This is a known issue and yet they don’t fix it. My ionic is up to date well taken care of and as you all know not cheap. The fact that this is a Fitbit problem I won’t be purchasing another one think 3 in two years is enough proof that the company doesn’t back their product. To bad really liked the watch when it worked.
