Ionic won't complete update and shows Fitbit logo

My Ionic was trying to upgrade last Sunday and it could not complete the update and since then it has not been working at all.  My phone cannot find it to link to Bluetooth and the only thing on the display is the Fitbit Icon

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your efforts and recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Remove your watch from the list of Bluetooth devices paired to your phone. On your phone, go to Settings then Bluetooth then find the watch in the list then find an option to forget the device.
  2. Reboot your phone.
  3. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

  4. Connect your watch to the charging cable. 
  5. Force stop the Fitbit app and reopen it.
  6. Tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  7. Choose your device, tap on replace and follow the onscreen instructions.
