Dear support.
I just bought the Fitbit Ionic watch yesterday, but I can't get it to work.
When I try to do the setup, my phone is able to find the watch but it wont connect to it.
I tried on my girlfriends Iphone, and it worked just fine.
I have a Huawei phone.
Ideas how to fix it?

Hello @Danielbuster and welcome to the forums. You need to check your phone with Fitbit's list of compatible devices. There are a few Huawei phones that are incompatible due to Bluetooth issues.

@Danielbuster let's then setup your ionic to your account using your girlfriend's iPhone.
Now log out of your account, go to the iPhone's Bluetooth and remove your ionic.
Your tracker is now setup.
Log into your account on your phone, you will be asked to connect the tracker.
The app should then try and sync the ionic. If not we have a sync issue.
