Ionic won't connect to GPS & battery doesn't last long

Lately my Iconic won't connect to GPS...it says connecting for ages until I finally give up waiting and just hit start. Once I start running, it connects, but it's too late and then won't transfer my run to Strava. Also, the battery doesn't last nearly as long as it used to. 

 

Any ideas?
