I have been trying to set up my New Ionic now for over 3 hours. It can’t find any WiFi networks even though I have a strong WiFi signal even moved it to next to the router. (Android phone connected and iPad connected easily) The watch also isn’t showing the correct time and date guess he s is linked to WiFi connection. It has synced with my mobile devices and have updated app via Bluetooth. What else can I do? I have reset all devices still to no avail.

I am getting further along now. I am connected to WiFi and showing correct time. I had to bin the device on my app and start again and reinstall hopefully now I am up and running 🙂 why did it have to be so hard!?

I'm not sure what it is that was done to get your tracker to sync through Bluetooth. The time will be straighten out slurring a sync.
Connecting to WiFi is a desperate issue.
