My Ionic recognizes my Jam Transit Fitness earbuds, but it doesn't connect.  Why is it recognizing it but won't connect?  Please help!

Users have reported that some headphones will not pair, I have one suck model. Why? Don't know, you might want to ask Fitbit support.

I'm assuming that you don't get any errors reported.

The only message I get is Connection Failed. That shows up after trying to
connect for a couple of minutes.
