I did a factory reset. After numerous phone restarts, ionic left + right bottom button pushing, de-installing and re-installing the Fitbit app, unlinking and relinking bluetooth, i am still unable to synch my ionic. Its frustrating to see ionic "connected" on bluetooth but there is no data transfer between the phone and the ionic. A (factory) reset should be simple as 1-2-3 - am requesting the admin or anyone in the group to advise. Thx
