Ionic stopped syncing this morning. Went through all the fixes till was left with having to factory reset.

After reset went add ionic back on and it finds ionic then does nothing. Says Bluetooth not working or not near phone.

Any ideas?

Hi @RickGs, welcome to the Community Forums.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Hi, thanks for reply. Have done all of the mentioned links and unable to setup.

Just has Fitbit logo asking to install app.

When add ionic it finds device but then nothing doesn't put up code just jumps to having trouble screen.

I feel the Bluetooth in ionic has stopped working or has issue.

You're welcome @RickGs, your reply is also appreciated.

I'm sorry to know that you're still having difficulties with your Ionic but thanks for trying the steps that were shared on my previous post. To further investigate and therefore, better assist you, can you please let me know which phone are you using? Are you using more Bluetooth devices at the same time? Do you have access to a computer that has Bluetooth technology enabled to try the setup process over there?

Looking forward to your reply.

Charging fully takes up to 2 hours. While the watch charges, you can tap the screen or press any button to check the battery level.

If after the 2 hours you don't get anything on the display, check if the contacts on your tracker or charging cable are not dirty.
