My Ionic after one night out of the box stopped syncing even though it showed up as connected in the Android app. I delted the app, reset the phone, and no matter what I couldn't get it to pair with my Droid Turbo phone (yes compatible according to the list.) I finally did a factory reset and got it to pair to a PC and got the OS2 update which seems to have made it worse. I can not pair.
In the app it says the Ionic was found and then times out trying to connect. On the phone, if I look at BT settings, the phone sees the Ionic. But the watch won't connect and give me the 4 digit code.
I guess now I call for RMA?

I see in another thread you’ve managed to solve this. Hope it continues to work successfully.

It worked again for about 10 hours. This morning I had to turn off BT on my phone and back on. It did one sync and now it's back to no sync / communication. At least Fitbit sent and RMA - maybe I'll give it a week and send it back

I wish it worked because besides some software shortcomings I liked it when it did work. Packed it up and sending back today. Maybe after I get a new phone I'll try a Versa
