Ionic won't pair to Motorola G6

Hi, I recently purchased a Fitbit ionic and have had no luck pairing my device with either my phone (Moto G6) or my laptop (Lenovo Ideapad).

 

Looking across these forums I have had no success in finding anything that helps overcome this.

 

Please can you help!!

I can't find the Moto G6 on the list of Approved Devices.
