Ionic won't pair to headphones

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi, first post here.

My Ionic will not connect to any Bluetooth earbuds I try and connect to, Bose, Sony, Samsung, Apple, they all won't connect. I can pair them initially, but when I try to go to connect them it will not load and will just highlight blue the selection for a second then do nothing. Sometimes it will load but it will never connect.

@Josh-H A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Please remove the paired headphones from your Ionic, restart it, turn on and off your headphones. Then follow this procedure to pair them again:

  1. Activate pairing mode on your Bluetooth headphones or speaker.
  2. On your watch, open the Settings app

     > Bluetooth.
  3. Tap + Audio Device. Your watch searches for nearby devices.
  4. When your watch finds nearby Bluetooth audio devices, it shows a list on the screen. Tap the name of the device you want to pair.

When pairing is complete, a check mark appears on the screen.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
