I'm beyond frustrated. I think I'm done with Fitbit after all these years. I've had nothing but trouble with this Ionic since I got it. Latest is that it the screen went black so I thought I let the battery die. Put it on the charger overnight & the next day it still says it's at 0%. So I did a factory reset & it now shows that it's fully charged, but it won't pair to my phone or my laptop. It just searches & searches and it won't connect. Same trouble I had with my Blaze & they offered me 50% off of a new tracker (how I got the Ionic). So here we are in the same place and another chunk of cash gone.
My device is up-to-date, my phone app is up-to-date, Bluetooth is turned on, I've done factory reset, removed and downloaded the app. I don't know what else to do. Very disappointed. Had way less trouble with the original Fitbit I had years ago.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @imseansmom.
I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. I understand how you are feeling and appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and the additional details. Usually a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend confirming the complete troubleshooting instructions to pair your watch to your Fitbit account at Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps!
