Ionic won't pair with Jabra Elite 65t

Hello. I recently purchased above ear phones. I managed to get them to work for about 2 weeks.

Since last use I have updated ionic watch. Since then the watch finds jabra elite in bluetooth menu. And now I have a blue timer continuedly going round stating pairing jabra elite. I have tried resetting ear buds and also turning watch on and off. The ear buds keep saying select bluetooth product from mobile device . On the watch I just get same screen as earlier

Any help would be appreciated.

I am currently going to attempt to factory reset. Watch to see if this helps.

Once again any help would be appreciated.

After spending afternoon. Trying to get these ear buds to work I have drawn a blank. After trying what previous posters have tried I still have exact same problem. That they will not pair with watch. Just a timer with pairing jabra elite active.

I have factory reset watch. Which let them connect for about 2 mins. Until my watch connected to phone... Then it's disconnected jabra from watch.

As far as I'm concerned they don't work with each other. ( I don't think factory reseting watch every time I want to use ear buds is acceptable). There for I wash my hands on them. For the 1 time it worked it was very good.

Thanks for help and info.

That's not an accepted solution. I have the same issue. The ear buds pair with my iPhone, so what's the deal? Where is a Fit bit Moderator with any input?

Hello.
I have tried many times to get my ear buds to pair. But the only way I can
get them to consistently work with my watch is to factory reset watch. And
connect jabras..
I have managed to keep them connected for 2 weeks without having to factory
reset. Although my watch run flat other day. So it remains to be seen if it
carries on as before.
I feel your frustration. But upto now this is the only work around I can
find. Not sure if any other help will come in your direction from fitbit
etc.

The Ionic will usually only connect to one bluetooth device at a time.  Have you tried signing out of your phone app and then connecting your headphones?  I have the Elite 65T's and connect them to my Ionic regularly without issue.

Yep. Av had it were only ear buds are in the vicinity of ear buds only
nothing else bluetooth near by. Still have same bother. Upto now factory
reset is only thing that works.
Cheers for advice.

Hey try this.  Press and hold the power on button until it blinks purple in the Jabra.  Then pair to the Ionic.  Then do another factory reset to new on the Ionic.  The Jabra should pair and stay connected after that.  My 65t have no problems after doing that.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic

I've had to delete the earbuds and reinstall them every time I'm going to use them. Not only do I have to do that, but when pairing I try at the very least 5 times before they finally connect. So...I plan for an extra 10 minutes before I head out the door :-(.

After 3 months of sporadic attempts, I gave up and bought the Bose Sport.

Paired immediately.

Work great.

Jabras just do not work with Iconic.
