Ionic won't pair with Sony WF-1000XM in-ears

I got my WH-1000XM3 over-ears paired but it won't work with the XM4s. All other connected devices have bluetooth turned off, the buds are in pairing mode, the watch sees the buds, but I always get a connection failed error after 20 seconds or so.

It’s good to see you in the community, @SunsetRunner.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your  efforts and recommend restarting your device as described in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? After that try to connect your buds again: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?

Hope this helps.
