I have tried and tried and tried and then I tried again. My Ionic is less than a month old and I WANT MY APPLE WATCH BACK!!!!!!! This thing wont stay connected to save my life! I have tried every solution from every forum. Nothing but the same solutions, that don't work! Why wont they guarantee their product if you buy it in a store? Why should I have to buy extra coverage?

Why wont they guarantee their product if you buy it in a store? Why should I have to buy extra coverage? If its under a year its still in warranty. You dont need to buy extra coverage

Maybe if you told us what is wrong we could help fix the problem

Ionic wouldn’t connect with my phone. I have been trying for 2 days. Finally about 4 hours ago I decided to follow the factory rest solution. Now my Ionic is a black screen with the fitbit logo just flashing. It’s stuck and wont do anything. I have literally been trying since 6:30 this morning to fix it and nothing. It just keeps flashing. I’ve pushed, held, pushed and held tried every combination I can think of. I’ve been on the forums, youtube, and any other resource I can find and all the answers just dance around the problem. Sorry I’m so grouchy, but this is getting old. I was loving my Ionic and suddenly in the last 2 days it has gone nuts. I mean seriously, who has the time to spend all these hours trying to fix a problem like this? I’m going to have to give up and just suck up $300. If it were an older product I have had for a few years I wouldn’t be so frustrated, but I’ve only had it for 28 days!

Now that there is a black screen, I suggest contacting Fitbit support, @PhatHund. As @WendyB has pointed out, your still within the 1 year warranty period.
