Ionic won't reconnect to my phone

  • My Ionic was working perfectly well. I woke up one morning to see the wrong time. Odd. I then looked to my phone and the watch was no longer visible. My 7 year old Surge is still on there. I've tried factory reset and add it back but no success. Any ideas? This frustrating me now as the new Ionic is a replacement for my 4 year old one which just went to blank screen.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Littlejackhorne.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. I recommend removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your watch: On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device. After that please connect your watch to the charging cable and follow our complete troubleshooting instructions in Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
