Ionic won’t respond or charge

Hello community- my ionic has stopped working- it won’t turn on or off. It was in the water for 30secs and then it died even though it had charge. For two weeks I’ve been trying all the suggestions posted on here but still nothing. It won’t respond or even charge.

 

Any other suggestions?

Thank you responding. I didn’t realise that my email had been picked up as
it said that they don’t offer support over email. I’ll wait to hear.
