So my fitbit Ionic suddenly stopped showing any data on the screen. It would show "steps" but no value after that.. same with all other parameters.
I thought restarting it would do the trick but to no avail..
Then I thought of factory resetting it but now it will not connect to my phone at all.
Please help. Its been just 6 months since I bought the watch.. I didn't think any issues would arise.

Have you removed the watch from your account in the fitbit app and also unpaired it in your phones Bluetooth settings?
Restart your phone and then try the setup process again.

How long have you waited for it to connect? My Charge 3 did a similar thing the other day, but I waited and it eventually connected.

Hey there @SnehaNarayanan and @minhchienftu, thanks for stopping by! Thanks for the steps you've taken in order to sort this out, nice way to go!
In this case, I'd recommend restarting your Ionic once again by following the steps in this article.
Then, please try the steps provided by @N8teGee. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the tracker. In the list of Bluetooth devices you'll see the Ionic and next to it, this symbol "!". Hit the symbol and it will take you to the next step, once you're there select the option that says "Forget this device" for iOS and "Unpair" for Android.
Once you've made sure about that, go back to the Fitbit app, go to the "Account" option in the upper right corner and select "Set up a Device". This should start the setup process for your device.
Let us know how it goes!
