Ionic won't show phone number when receiving phone call notification

After the recent Samsung S8 update, my watch no longer shows the numbers of incoming phone calls. It shows emails and texts still, however.

Hi @Cleath thanks for bringing this to my attention. welcome aboard! I'm happy to give you a hand with your device and this notifications concern.

 

Seems odd that after updating your Samsung S8 your Ionic is not showing the incoming call phone number, this is certainly not a common situation. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if you're receiving call notifications without any trouble? Also, I recommend you to restart your device and check more information about notifications here. How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?. You should try to setup the notifications again and if after taking in consideration the help article previously mentioned, try the troubleshooting steps from: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone even though you're receiving some notifications.
