Ionic won't start after factory reset

After software update, my Ionic stopped vibrating on notifications. Vibrator works on reminders and alarm, etc. but not on text or email notifications. Checked settings multiple times, all OK. Restarted multiple times, same issue. Finally, after reading many, many messages regarding software update issues, I took the suggestion to reset to factory settings. Screen said "resetting", then went blank. Tried to restart multiple times with the back and lower right button depressed....nothing. Tried just the back button....nothing. Tried all three buttons....nothing. Any suggestions from Fitbit Support?
