The time off my ionic was not the real time. So I try to sync. But it say "no connection". So I give it a try for a reset, but it won't start again. After the logo it stay black. I have try to do this many times. But everything stay the same. It won't charge also now.
What can i do now.

Since your watch battery stopped charging, try the solutions below:
Make sure you use the charging cable that came with your device, as most cables aren't compatible with other devices.
Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
If your tracker still doesn't work after a restart, contact Customer Support.
