Ionic won't start charging after it run out of battery

I went for a run, while tracking it with GPS, and the Fitbit run out of battery. When I got home, I put it to charge and nothing. I tried rest by pressing the back button for 10 seconds and nothing. Then tried combination of the three buttons and nothing. Then tried the three buttons at the same time and nothing. I decided to connect it to the laptop in case the app would pick some sort of malfunctioning and would fix itself, but nothing.. I run out of ideas!! Someone please help!!
