Welcome to the Community Forums @Marvinr

Thanks for the details shared on your post. To work on this together, may I know if you have your watch plugged into the charging cable when trying to connect to Wi-Fi? Also, Do you see an error message when trying to sync or connect to your Wi-Fi?

If you haven't done so, I'd recommend reconnecting your watch:

  1. Charge your device at least 25% (Wi-Fi won’t work on your watch when the battery level is below approximately 25%)
  2. Restart your watch by pressing and holding the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo.
  3. Go back to the Fitbit app and try again to add a Wi-Fi network.
  4. If you see other networks appear in the list of available networks, but not your preferred network, move your watch closer to your router.

If it is still not connecting, remove your watch from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone (known as "unpairing").

  • On your phone, go to Settings → Bluetooth → your device name  → find an option to forget the device.
  • Go back to the Fitbit app and try again to add a Wi-Fi network.

Hope this helps.
