So I’m really at my wits end! I’ve combed about every ionic forum to no avail! My ionic will not stay paired or sync with my iPhone. After I’ve reset my ionic for about the 100th time, it will only stay paired for a few minutes (at max an hour!) before the app says that it’s “looking” for my Fitbit and will not sync. I’ve restarted (phone and Fitbit), I’ve shut down (phone and Fitbit), I’ve turned my Bluetooth off and on, I’ve unpaired all other Bluetooth devices, I’ve even done a factory reset! Each and every time my Fitbit will not stay paired! Help!

Hi @Chi11yChi11 I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue pairing and it sounds like you have done everything I would recommend (I too have a pairing issue from time to time). I think the step is to contact customer service to see if they have another solutions.

I have an iPhone 8 Plus and have the same issue. Have tried everything. I guess I will contact Customer Support tomorrow. This is a royal pain.

I contacted support tonight....same issue. If you go into Fitbit app dashboard, tap account icon—Your Ionic tile then click on Notifications. There is a line in there that you need to click on to allow pairing to phone. The moment that I hit that everything was fine. I was then able to go to Bluetooth on iPhone X and was paired. Weird as it was working 2 days ago. Hope this helps

I am so frustrated - nothing happens when I try to pair the phone. It's a black hole. And it worked for months before this happened.
