Recently I am struggling to sync my ionic to my iPhone 6. It is set to 'all-day sync and wasn't a problem before. Over the past 2 weeks I have been having to restart my ionic to make if sync but today it won't even work. In addition over the past 2 night it has lost 10 minutes whichmademe late yesterday! Any ideas?

Hi Lorieanne

after doing the same for two weeks I finally rang the customer support
number and they had me trying this and that and the next thing to no avail
they had me my Ionic and my computer all connected to see what was going on
finally they are sending me out a replacement as they could not get it to
sync either
Here is the number I phoned 1800 875 234 oh and the replacement is just the
device not the straps charger etc
I think they have updated something and its not right as there are a lot of
devices in the same spot

all the best

Hi we had the same problem and we had to phone fit bit and go through all
the steps with them over the phone.
They ended up sending us a brand new one ...but...
If your fitbit is past the warranty period tell them it was a gift.

Unfortunately a new Ionic was the only fix.

This issue seems to be more of a hardware matter, please reach out to
fitbit support, they replaced mine at no cost. There seems to be no other
solution
