I’ve contacted support as the last few days I have been unable to clear some text messages in my notifications and a restart by pressing the buttons fixes this. Tonight I have been unable to swipe right to access apps or down to access my steps etc, I tried to do a restart and now my Fitbit is randomly restarting and unusable, it is turning off and not turning on again for a while, I have tried disconnecting from my app and reconnecting, I have tried changing clock faces which all I was able to do with many times restarting itself inbetween but this hasn’t made any difference. It also has not logged any steps since the initial crash today but at times showed double the amount until I sync and then it goes back to what it was on when it crashed. Ive also had an email to say I’ve earnt the rainbow badge (700 floors) I have not done that much today and a lifetime badge for satellite. Not good and currently unusable lets hope they sort this soon!

Since writing the this I left my Fitbit plugged in whilst it kept restarting itself and it got very hot so I had to unplug it, it cooled down and then showed 0% battery, so I plugged it back it again, after 10 mins it still showed 0% battery but was really hot again so I have had to unplug. My phone will now not find it either and the screen won’t turn on other than show the 0%!
