Ionic won’t sync and screen is black

My Fitbit suddenly went dark on me and won’t sync.  It’s not dead because I can still get text messages.  I tried updating my iPhone and Fitbit and nothing is working

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

On my 4th ionic and now another problem! The restart did not work any other suggestions

Was there a recent update or something? Mine was fine. Charged it last night put it on this morning and the screen was freezing a bit. Did not sync since last night. Tried syncing several times but this morning partially working (still got alerts and notifications) and now it’s dead, won’t charge, no lights.
