Ionic won't sync and shows "Data not cleared, sync and try again."

My Ionic is displaying a big red X and a message, "Data not cleared. Sync & try again".  However, it will not sync. 🤔

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling and recommend doing the following:

 

1. Connect your watch to the charging cable. 

2. Confirm that your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app?

3. Restart your phone and open the Fitbit app. 

4. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.

5. Tap Set up a device (Once you select the device you are setting up, it will give you the option to replace, go ahead and select it.)

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
