My ionic is no longer syncing. Have tried all suggested solutions, and talked to support 3 times. Have done factory reset and once I reset it up, it will sync then and then it stops again. Tried using the windows 10 app and it will not sync there either. Keeps saying no device found. How do I get this fixed?

Mine (s9+) worked after I turned my Bluetooth on and off...but a day later I'm back in the same boat. I'm sure it'll sort itself out soon.

I got it to sync this morning by restarting ionic, turning bluetooth off then on again, and restarting phone. It synced once, then back to no device found. Not only does it not sync, time is no longer correct so my device is basically useless. Hope this is fixed soon.

I'm having the same problem. It's very frustrating to pay as much as these cost to have them not work. I went through the month of Sept with this same problem. It seems these work for a couple months and then are off for a month. Not a happy Fitbit owner. 😞
